Hi,

Should the latest version of FDS be used for modeling? even if it is a beta version (e.g: FDS 6.9.0 (v7 beta) ) ?

My understanding is that FDS is continuously updated and the latest version should be used as it will be the most accurate, but what if the latest version is stil a beta version?

Only those feature specifically noted as beta features are in beta testing (GEOM, 3D heat transfer, external control). The remaining features are considered as being officially released.
