Occupants height Issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have run a simulation on pyrosim for a fire scenario in a tunnel, and on other hand execute a train evacuation on pathfinder. When I coupled pathfinder results with .smv* results, and found occupants height is below the visibility contour in people view. Even though the height of the occupant in pathfinder is increased to 2.5 m and visibility plane height is 2 m, results still show occupants below the visibility plane.

My question is, how to show occupants above the visibility plane in people mode. I have attached a few snapshots for your reference.
