FDS jobs getting stuck with 'CG' status in Linux cluster

Hello,

I am facing a problem when I run FDS in a Linux cluster. Sometimes when I cancel my FDS cases using the 'scancel' command, they seem to be stuck with a 'CG' (completing) status for a long time (attached image). This also happens sometimes when I stop the case using the CHID.stop file. I am curious about what is causing the problem. I am attaching my input and job submission file for reference.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have never encountered the CG job status. I did some Google searching on it, and there appear to be a number of reasons for it. But I do not know what could be causing the problem in your case.
