Hi All,
I try to get the Adiabatic Surface Temperature (AST) of a column. When I model and run in FDS and Pyrosim software, I observed different results (Maximum AST) for the same model. Why is that?
I have attached the results from both software.
Can anyone explain it to me?

Kind regards,
Thevega.

I would start by setting the colorbar limits to be the same.  In Smokeview, do right-click >> dialogs >> files/data/coloring.  Expand the boundary files tab and set the min/max to be the same as in Pyrosim.

Thank you for your response.
But how can I confirm that the temperature range from Pyrosim is correct?

you can visually compare or click on the scalebar to highlight certain range of value.
