FDS 6.7.8, Smokeview 6.7.19 maintenance release

Per the release notes, key features include:

* Separate executables for single and multi-thread (OpenMP parallel) codes.  Compiling the single thread version without OpenMP allows the serial optimizations to improve speed by about 20%.  The single thread version runs under MPI for distributed parallel applications.

* Several HVAC fixes

* A new pressure solver (ULMAT), which stands for "Unstructured Local MATrix" solver.  This solver completely eliminates velocity penetration errors at solid boundaries and may therefore be helpful for tightly sealed pressure zones.
