mesh alignment

Hi,

I try to model a compartment fire using one uniform and one non-
uniform mesh. I use Pyrosim 2010 software to create geometry. When I
start FDS 5 a mesh alignment error occurs although the mesh alignment
test in Pyrosim says the meshes passed. I´ve read the mesh alignment
chapter id FDS 5 manual but I believe I obeyed all rules when creating
the non-uniform mesh. I cant see any mistake.
How can I resolve this?

The User's Guide states that you can only stretch 1 or 2 of the three
axes.

We don't recommend trying to use stretched grids with multiple
meshes. To find out where the misalignment is run the case with
TWFIN=0, view the Smokeview file, turn on the grids, and move the grid
display through the domain looking for the misalignment. You can also
do this by opening the Smokeview file with a text editor and comparing
the grid locations for the two meshes.
