Where to get DXF2FDS plugin?

as the title suggests I'm looking for DXF2FDS plugin. Where can I get it? I can't find it on NIST website anymore.

This was a script that Dave Sheppard wrote years ago to convert certain types of dxf files to FDS OBST's. I'm not sure this program works with general dxf files. It was designed for one particular CAD program.

Can I ask you if there is any similar plugin (free version) working for autocad 3d (.dwg or .dxf) file? or even better for .ifc file from BIM software like Revit, ArchiCad o similar?

Are you familiar with Emmanuel Gissi or Blender-FDS? This is open source software developed in Italy. And of course there's Pyrosim, but not free.
