Seeking info on FDS code design, does "FDS Developr's manual" exist?

I haven't yet found the documentation on FDS code from the
programmer's perspective.
Please, if possible, tell me what material is available on this.

Could You please tell me what person can I contact to get some answers
on FDS code.
Particularly, I'm interesting in "Thermal Radiation" and "Lagrangian
Particles" topics.
Is it possible to contact to current maintainer(s) of that modules?
Is it possible to contact to primary author(s) of fortran code (if
different)?

Make sure you have read the theory manual and if your questions are with the source code, do spend a little time trying to familiarize yourself with it.
