First time, when i tried some models, I run them in FDS. That didn't work out very well. So, next time, I run them through WFDS and trees were burning but didn't burn out. I tried same thing with that example (attachment file) that is available on the net, same thing happened. I run model via cmd, with C:\example\example wfds_9977_win_64 tree.fds (because it didn't work out with right click/open with/ ).
Also, the problem is that I don't know what version of fds and wfds are ''working with each other''. I found some version 5.x.x.x. of both fds and wfds and installed them on one PC, and some version 6.x.x.x of fds and wfds on second PC. User manual is also the problem because i found parts of it online, like this one here
http://www.fs.fed.us/pnw/fera/wfds/wfds_user_guide.pdfor some traces of it.
Would really be thankful if I can at least get my hands on full user manual or get information what version of fds and wfds should I use (and were can I find them, because I found couple of links, like this one
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B_bgF4BXEQH0N2UxN2M2OGMtNmU2NS00YmQyLTkwNWQtOGQ3ZTY2ODRiNmYx).
If you don't have time to explain it to me, just point me in the right direction where i can find answers :)

Ok, I sorted that thing out. My next question is - why are my trees not removed after burning out? I guess line VEG_REMOVE_CHARRED=.TRUE. in &PART ID= is going to work. In Smoke View I can see that my tree is burning and flames are spreading through entire cone, but after that tree is still standing and present in simulation. Anyone care to explain that to me in one or two sentences?
