It has been stated in the release note in FDS 6.7.6 that the 'NEAR_WALL_TURBULENCE_MODEL' has been changed to 'WALE'. However, from the latest user guide, it still state 'Van Driest' for 'VLES'.

Can anyone confirm the latest default value of 'NEAR_WALL_TURBULENCE_MODEL' for 'VLES' and 'SVLES'?

I checked a recent calculation out file. It was run without setting a TURBULENCE_MODEL. Near wall model is written as:   Near-wall Eddy Viscosity: WALE Model (C_WALE = 0.60)

I understand that user guide needs an update.
