Problem with extinction model 1

Hello everybody,

I try to simulate a fire case with FDS and i wanted use the extention model 1, but it does'nt work and when i read in the user guide i have to use WIND line but it does'nt work . Could you help me please ?

We would need the FDS input file to have try to understand what is wrong.

Okay, attached you will find the file.

OK, look in the FDS user guide at the table of namelist parameters.  In the latest manual, this is Ch 23, Alphabetical List of Input Parameters.  Look at the WIND table.  There is not namelist parameter for EXTINCTION_MODEL on the WIND line.  Now go look at the COMB table; there you find the EXTINCTION_MODEL parameter.  You can also search the pdf document for "extinction_model" and you will see several places where it is mentioned.

Thanks a lot, I used the COMB line and it works.
