Hi all,

I am doing a simulation of indoor airflow using FDS. I got the infiltration load via experiment and I want to add the load into the simulation to make the indoor load balance with the air conditioning load. Could you tell me how to add the infiltration load into indoor airflow simulation using FDS? Thanks!

It is not clear exactly what it is you wish to specify.  I suggest you write out specifically what you want to specify for a boundary condition and then read the User's Guide to see if there are inputs or combinations of inputs to do what you want.  If you are still having problems then provide the group with the specifics of what you are trying to do.

Thanks!

According to the experiment, i know the inlet temperature, outlet temperature and the air flow rate of the air conditioning, based on which I calculated the air conditioning load is about 3.9kW (heating load). I also know the infiltration load is 0.3kW but do not know where the infiltration located. So in my simulation. I want to consider the infiltration load and the total air conditioning load used to heat the air is 3.6kW (=3.9-0.3kW). But how should I add the 0.3kW infiltration load into my simulation model?
