There are only 8 hours left in the year in Finland. My guess is that Timo
is not
going to address this until next year (tomorrow, or maybe next week). Happy
New Year!

Well, I'm not yet celebrating New Year. Some things to
check in the input file:
1) Is your "&DOOR" (or "&EXIT") exactly at the same XB than your
outflow VENT? Note, that FDS(+Evac) is not moving DOORs and EXITs
but is moving VETNs (and OBSTs etc) to the underlaying grid locations.
Use Smokeview, Press "g" to see the mesh lines and in Smokeview menu
"Show/Hide" ==> "Labels" ==> "Grid Locations". Use the arrow keys (and
page up/dn for z, but evac mesh has just one cell in z-direction...)
to move the grid at your VENT and see the x,y coordinates. Use these
x,y to specify your DOOR/EXIT XB.
2) It is nice to choose the dx and dy for your evacuation meshes such that
they are some nice numbers, like 0.2 m, 0.25 m, 0.3 m, 0.5 m,...
This way you know quite easily the positions where FDS will place
your VENTs and OBSTs and HOLEs and you know the correct XB:s for
DOORs (without using Smokeview).
3) At some point I should change the program code such that it moves
the EXITs and DOORs to the grid locations, but this can not yet
be done. First I will make the evacuation input much simpler and
more automatic. Then I can decide what should be in the input and
which objects I should move to the grid locations.
I can not help more, because there is not much information, just
a jpg image...
Happy New Year!
