recent changes to extracting mass fractions has broken the ability to
extract Z_1, Z_2, or Z_3 as an independent species using a DEVC, SLCF, or
PL3D.

Was this a species that we listed in the User's Guide? Also, is 'MIXTURE
FRACTION'
still a valid output quantity?
MIXTURE FRACTION is still valid. Sums up all the sub Z's. A useful output
quantity
We don't list them MIXTURE_FRACTION_N in the guide, but we should.
