Describe details of the issue below:
One of my users is experiencing an issue with running Smokeview 5.2.2. If
he double-clicks on the .smv file to open Smokeview, he gets the attached
error message. However, if he runs the Smokeview software first and then
selects the .smv file, it runs fine.
He said that he was able to just double-click on the .smv file last week
without a problem. This issue is now occurring on both his networked and
standalone machines.
