Ranger Report Not Working

to FDRD Friends of the Dillon Ranger District
I have completed the ranger report and press edit report. It shows
that I don't have any errors so I click on submit. It then gives me a
"submit error complete missing data" and it has deleting all the data
I entered.

you can recover your data by pressing your browser's back button.
