Hi, neighbor, the attached message is from our neighbors in the Irish Channel. Apparently, there's a threatening/dangerous person in the area, please be aware of it and if you do encounter the person or vehicle, notify police a.s.a.p. Thanks, ~Adam

Follow-up: this is a 2000-2010 Chevy Trailblazer SUV, mostly white with one black side door or side panel. The incident was at 8th and Chippewa in the Irish Channel and occurred around 4:45 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 5. No specific description of the driver was given other than he was male. ~Adam
