The Enterprise Platform and Services Division, a part of the Data Center Group, is looking for experienced leadership to manage and lead the Technical Marketing and Revenue Products team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a truly cross functional team forming the Technical Marketing Team and the Revenue Product Engineering Team. This individual will be in a fast paced, dynamic environment and contributing to the fastest growth segment for Intel including developing products and services for the Cloud.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a relevant tertiary education and proven experience in managing a team of technical engineers or support personnel. Previous 2nd level (or higher) management experience is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Previous experience interacting with and supporting global customers is desirable. Previous technical experience with server boards and systems is desirable preferably on both a development and sustaining environment. Previous experience working with ODM/Contract Manufacturers is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent is required with a proven track record of at least 10 years of management experience. |

Responsibilities: Provide technical management and leadership
to a team of Technical Marketing Engineers (TME) and Product Engineers who
support multiple server board and subsystem products with key customers
worldwide. This position involves a high level of interaction with many
internal and external groups including major customers. Must be able to
communicate technical information clearly and effectively in both written and
verbal forms to both technical and non-technical audiences. The position
requires a high overall interest in learning about Intel Processor based
server systems and the integration, validation and support of add-in
cards, applicable operating systems, and emerging technologies. - 2nd level experience managing managers -Negotiating and interacting with ODMs relative to sustaining
of products in production (sustaining engineering support, validation
support, change management, cost & efficiency management) - Collaborate with other groups within China such as SSG, Sales & Marketing, and other Divisions to create and win designs for EPSD including the Cloud Segment. - Development of solutions to problems utilizing formal education, judgment, and management experience |
