Function : China marketing HEAD

Key Responsibilities include:
1). Working with the Managing Director and functional leaders, to develop a cross region marketing strategy which identifies priority markets and marketing strategic initiatives.
2) Developing an annual marketing plan with clearly identified goals, programs, actions, funding requirements and selling programs that integrate as part of the region business plan.
3) Leading the local adaption of the global HTC brand positioning and working with Agency Partners and the Regional Marketing leads to translate the global brand strategy into actionable brand plans and integrated marketing briefs for the priority markets.
4) Lead the development of the marketing capability across China to ensure HTC嚙踝蕭s aggressive growth targets are delivered by world class marketing planning and execution.
5) Ensure the key brand and metrics are in place to help guide the brands regional development and ensure that HTC is investing in the most critical areas for improving their business.
6) Contribute to the process of developing the positioning and messaging direction for regional introductions of new products, services and solutions.
7) The individual will also be expected to be one of the key leaders of the Country Management and CMO leadership teams.
Reporting to the Head of China, the Head of Marketing for China will work in close collaboration with the CMO嚙踝蕭s leadership team, as well as China operations to co-develop and execute the marketing strategies and plans to achieve the brand and business objectives.
