Purpose Statement
• To work independently as a focal point of reporting and financial analysis, providing strong and comprehensive support to the Packaging Coating business.

Key Accountabilities:
Reporting , 40%,• Hyperion reporting and A-form submission
• Monthly business commentary preparation
• Monthly financial reporting internal & external incl. Sales, Contribution Margin, fixed cost, CAPEX, etc
• Transfer price maintenance and review
Budgeting and forecasting,30%,• Key contributor of annual budget and rolling forecast
• In charge of monthly forecast process
• Operating plan involvement and monitoring
Business support,30%,• Support financial controller in OWC and EBITDA driving
• Cost saving initiative involvement
• Key initiative / major investment profitability analysis
• Business model setup and scenario running
• Support and evaluate business plans (short-term & long-term) to provide analytical information to management team for decision making

Job Requirements:
Qualifications/ Education:Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Accounting; Relevant professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) or MBA degree would be an advantage.
Business and/or Functional:• Proficient in SAP and Business Warehouse
Skills/ Knowledge:
• Strong financial reporting skill and analytical skill
• Strong computer skills especially in Excel & PPT
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated individual who is able to operate independently

Success Factors:• Strong ownership in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting submission
• Strong business sense and communication skill
• Strong ability & willingness to learn and high potential to grow

Experience: >2 years working experience in a financial analysis position of a multinational company. The work experience in a FMCG/chemical industry is a plus.

 Business functions including Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, HR etc.
 Other (s)BU Finance team including Functional Chemical, Decorative Paints, Surface Chemistry, Pulp & Paper, etc
 Regional/Corporate Finance
