Job Description:

• Manage embedded software development team in NJ with a team size

currently at 120, and will grow to 200+ in 1-2 years time.

• Responsible for the entire NJ development center’s software development

which include RD, QA, and project management.

• Ability to lead Android embedded team to deliver good quality software on

time

• Closely work with Taipei development center and Kun-shan (China)

embedded software team to deploy common software engineering process

and project collaboration.

• Candidate much have 15+ years of software development experiences with

experiences in leading 100+ software team.

• Good software engineering process background/experiences

• Prior working experiences in China leading software development team is a

must.

• Fluent in English communication
