New FDLog for VHF contest

Anyone interested in testing the VHF Contest version of FDLog let me know. It is looking pretty good at release 4. I'd call it beta at this point.
This version allows the entry of <call>/<grid> and it considers the grid part of the callsign so the dup checking allows the call to be re-entered for a different grid square which is required for rovers. It doesn't sound like much but that change rippled into a few places, some of them not so obvious.
I think to make this work for Field Day again will be a one line change, so we will probably put in a flag for that later. But right now we're just trying to get it working for the upcoming VHF contest.
Later on I'll probably do a major restructure so it can be set up for a bunch of contests, but for now this is it.
