Howdy All!

I want to share my latest blog entry, because I know this is a topic
Steve and many others have talked about.

http://running-with-coffee.blogspot.com/2010/03/barefootminimal-running-4-steps.html

I attended a clinic on running minimally more efficiently, and I
really agree with Curt Monson who led the clinic, we make a mistake
when we think the shoes alone will help us get to a more barefoot/
minimal running form. We actually need to work on our form. Would
welcome discussion/comments on this.

This may be off subject, but what happened at the end of the last podcast? Did steve get hit by a car, fall down, or something else?

I assume he fell.  I assume he was audibly illustrating the point he was skirting:  pride goeth before a fall.  I could be wrong.

Good question. It was almost like the end of The Blair Witch Project
- just a sudden end. I was very happy to see him posting and
podcasting again. It was very odd, and scary.

Or maybe it was meant to be a Sopranos-like ending? Is this the end of Pheddipidations?

I can tell you with absolute certainty. This is absolutely NOT the end - it's a new beginning. Hang in there folks.

Brilliant! It was staged then, right. A new beginning! This is way
too deep for my shallow mind!

I hope it was staged and that he was not really hit by a car. Sounded
very real though.

I think he fell and I think it was very real. He just chose to end the show with that. "Pride goeth before a fall", get it? At least, I'm supposing that's what it was intended to convey.
