Folks!

At long last another marathon is in the books. I ran the Indianapolis
Monumental Marathon over the weekend. While I hoped to do better, I
did PR - 6:41:07.

I wrote a detailed report at my blog, Running With Coffee.

JR, I think you mistyped your blog address I cannot find it? Congrats, PR's are rare and special. Steve from Arkansas.

You have all my respect, Charlie! To be out there for so long on the road
and still find the courage to run, finish and set a PR is so amazing! Make
sure you fully enjoy these moments. Take enough rest, and you will see that
in a few weeks your PR's on shorter distances will be within easy reach. No
need to rush though, you will get to your sub-6 eventually.
Keep running,
Tom

Way to go Charlie, finishing a marathon once you see you have missed your time goal is doubly difficult. And running one in the 60's always makes me miss my time goals. Setting a pr in hot conditions is cause to celebrate, congratulations. Steve from Arkansas

Charlie,

Awesome! Job well done. I am amazed by your perseverance and know
that you will get your sub-6 someday! Keep drinking the java and
writing to let us know about it!

Best wishes,
Greg
