Morning Maggie.  Please find attached the list of Pathway employee e-mail passwords for your team.  I would recommend that in addition to e-mailing this list to all of your employees, you should also post it in those areas where your employees will be able to access it.  Once they log in, they should change their passwords.

Hi all!

  I just had some things to add to Maggie's email about the new email addresses and pathways

• Please look at the email or the print out BEFORE signing on to make sure your name is spelled correctly. It is easier to fix it prior to signing in. If it is wrong, please let Maggie know. 
• If you would like to sign on to your email from home, you will need to go to mail.pathwayvets.com. Here you can sign on and change your password with the info that was in the original email.
  
• You will need to sign onto your email ON OR BEFORE January 26th! You will not be able to clock in and will NOT get paid on time if you haven't set up your email by then.
• On January 27th at 12:01a the time clocks will officially switch over to the Workday website for Parkway. That means that if you work overnight on the 26th to the 27th you will need to clock out of Clientrax and clock back in with Workday.
  
• Please remember your password for your email!! Write it down or make sure you are very familiar with it!  We will be using that email and password to log into Workday. Workday will be used to access your payroll, paychecks, time punches and more things to come. If you forget your password, it is NOT easy or quick to reset. It is possible, but it will take some time due to all the items it will be used for.
  
• There will be training sessions to explain the Workday website soon. If not by Pathways, by one of your supervisors.
  
• Your bluehost email will be forwarded to the new email. Personal emails will not.

You have been assigned a new email through Pathway (Office 365).  You 
need to log in to this and use this email when we get you connected 
with Work Day, the payroll system Pathway uses.  So... basically, log 
in to this email and change your password so that you can get paid!!  
(Relief staff included!!)

Please let me know ASAP if you have technical issues so I can talk to 
the IT dept for you.

Quick correction...

Workday clocks-ins start at 12:01 AM the 28th. So those working
overnight Sat the 27th will need to clock out of clientrax then in to
workday. (Pathway pay weeks are Sat-Sun.)

Hi again,

If you are trying to log in from home, you can go to mail.pathwayvets.com.

My sincere apologies for any mis-spelling, I know you are all shocked
that I make mistakes. (HAHAHAH.) If you see your name is wrong, do
not log in, instead send me a note and I will correct it with the
Pathway IT dept to get your email corrected.
