Benefits questions answered!!

Hello work family!!

   Do you have any questions about all the new Benefits that Pathways offers? Well, we will be having two very knowledgeable people in our hospital on Monday the 22nd and Tuesday the 23rd. We have set up 4 meetings on these days where anyone can come in and ask questions as an open forum.

They are:

Monday at 3p and 430p

Tuesday from 6a-9a. They will be providing breakfast from 8-9a

      Also at 12p on Tuesday. They will be providing lunch this meeting.

They will also be available to meet with people individually while they are here both days. If you would like a sit down one on one meeting, please email me or Maggie in order to set it up an appointment.

Hi Team,

 

I wanted to give you a better picture of the integration process that is happening over the next several days.

 

Our integration specialists for VERH are Dolores Collins and Tammy Fay.  This is their sole job at Pathway- to help with the logistics and training to make a smooth transition. 

 

Dolores and Tammy will be on site starting tomorrow afternoon.  We are starting with controlled drug log training and getting the Work Day program on computers, as this is how we will clock in and out starting at midnight Sat 1/20. 

 

The rest of the training will be on Monday and Tuesday, and will mostly affect me, Jamie and Wendy F.  We will however, be switching out credit card terminals and will be taking deposits to Wells Fargo instead of Chase- all of these types of changes will be communicated as we go so please don’t stress out.

 

I have heard feedback from a lot of you that you feel there is a lot of unknowns…please be assured that I am sharing all that I think is necessary without overwhelming you guys and that I am holding back on some stuff until I am 100% certain of the details.  I know this process is a little unnerving, so please come to me or another member of leadership directly with any questions or concerns!

 

Next Weds will be a “tie up loose ends” day with Dolores and Tammy.  As Ame mentioned, if you cannot attend one of the benefit meetings on Monday or Tuesday, let me know, as we may be able to arrange a one-on-one on Weds (or after hours- these ladies have promised to be very flexible).
