Payroll, drug logs

Hey all,

So a couple of quick notes.  

Payroll:  We will be processing payroll once a week for the next 3 weeks.  This is so we can avoid long delays in between payroll cycles.  

This Week 1 - This is the final payrolls for PEH and VERH.  It will have your standard deductions and IRA contributions.  Deposit  date Jan PEH 25th, VERH 26th

Week 2 - First week of Pathways payroll, we will process this payroll for Pathways.  Deposit date PEH Feb 1st, VERH Feb 2nd. 

Week 3- First full Pathways payroll processed thru Work day.  Deposit date PEH and VERH Feb 9th. 

Keep in mind we are entering a lot of new payroll information so there will be some mistakes.   If you have a major mistake (i.e. you didn't get paid) Let me know right away.  Minor things like your deductions don't look right or you got paid too much!  send me, Desirae, or Maggie and e-mail.  We will get it corrected.  

Controlled Drug log books

We have a new controlled drug protocol, everyone at 

PEH needs to talk with Staci, Bailey or myself about how to log drugs properly 

VERH Ame, Halee or Jamie  

Doctors need to take the lead and learn to use these books properly, they are not that much different than what we were doing but they do require more signatures and attention to detail.

Deloris and Hannah from Pathways made it into town yesterday and the rest of the integration team will be arriving over the next couple of day.  Give them all a warm welcome!   They are here to help us all understand the new payroll and benefits.

Hello Everyone!!

  Just a few add on's to Ted's email about payroll. 

• The paycheck you will be getting THIS Friday, as Ted said will have all of your normal deductions taken out of it. We normally take the deductions out of 2 paychecks. Therefore, this means that the paycheck THIS Friday will be a smaller paycheck then you might be expecting.  The paycheck NEXT Friday will be slightly larger because there will be NO deductions taken out. Please be aware of this and contact your direct supervisor if there are any other unexpected discrepancies. 
• Please set up your Pathways email as soon as possible. This email will be used for all the communications and access into their clock-in/benefits system. If you haven't set up your email, you won't be able to clock in.
• Finally, if you haven't attended a benefits meeting, please do so! The last ones are today. If you have any questions or couldn't attend any of the meetings, please contact your direct supervisor to schedule if needed.
