Follow -up information for MANDATORY States Meeting.
1. You need to have your $125.00 dollars before March 15, 2013 Checks made out to FCAHS-TSA.
2. You will receive your field trip permission slip when you turn-in your money.
3. Field trip permission slips are due on or before April 2, 2013
4. Time is running out and I Mr. Grimm will start checking projects, you must meet with Mr. Grimm before April 4, 2013.
5. Please come to all workshops with your group and/or team.
6. No refunds after April 2, 2013, Seven Springs and TSA will not return money after that date.
7. If you have any issue, please contact Alyson Hess for help and or a meeting to help you solve the problems.
The following students did not come the the MANDATORY meeting today!
The following must come to QRT on Friday, March 8, 2013

4. Jessica Hertzberg
