Hi Table/FCRN forum members

Hope you are well.
Just wanted to highlight to the FCRN/Table four new OA papers published in the last couple of weeks:

Reaction to a low-carbon footprint food logo and other sustainable diet promotions in a UK University’s Student Union ‘Living Lab’ https://www.thefutureoffoodjournal.com/index.php/FOFJ/article/view/321

Learning in lockdown: Using the COVID-19crisis to teach children about food and climate change https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/nbu.12489

How Does Citizen Science Compare to Online Survey Panels? A Comparison of Food Knowledge and Perceptions Between the Zooniverse, Prolific and Qualtrics UK Panels https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fsufs.2020.575021/full

Using Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence to Explore the Nutrition and Sustainability of Recipes and Food  https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/frai.2020.621577/full

I have also just published with the FSA a rapid review report on Citizen Science and Food: https://www.food.gov.uk/research/research-projects/citizen-science-and-food
I would highlight that the FSA/UKRI will be launching a funding call as a response to this document . The call will be launched on Thursday 18 March 2021 with details available on the UKRI funding finder from Thursday 11 March 2021. Ahead of this time, if anyone would like to talk further about citizen science at the FSA please contact Dr Rebecca Gillespie.

Thanks so much for these.  I'm a freelance dietitian and a long term member of various sustainable diets interest groups - it's very helpful info. on open access papers.
