**Service at Service! Our pastor is working on the English Worship Service volunteer list for the upcoming quarter, if you would like to serve as a worship leader, usher, or help in any other capacity, please see Reverend Nathan Lim or email him at nl...@alaska.edu. He would like to encourage more members to serve and reach out to more people.

1- FCPC’s combined bi-lingual Christmas Worship Service will be on Sunday, 12/22 at 11am in the church sanctuary. Join us during this joyful season as we celebrate the birth of Christ. Rev. Nathan Lim will deliver the sermon for the Christmas Service.
2- FCPC will be holding a Christmas Eve Worship Service on Tuesday, 12/24 at 7pm in the church sanctuary. The Choir will be present “Born A King”. Please come and celebrate the miraculous birth of our Lord Jesus.
3- Immediately following the Christmas Eve Worship Service, FCPC will hold it’s annual FCPC Christmas Eve PotLuck and Grab Bag Extravaganza event!! Join us as we share food, gifts and holiday cheer on the 2nd floor. Prizes will be awarded for notable gift and food contributions. If you wish to participate please bring a dish and a grab bag item (approx $15 value). Ask a member of CEM for more details!
4- The BASIC and JYF winter retreat is set for Friday-Sunday, 12/27-29 at Brainerd Presbyterian Retreat Center in Stroudsburg, PA. Our group activity will be snow tubing at Camel Back Ski Resort. The cost is $110.00 including the bus ride. If you are interested in attending this retreat, please see Justin or Kevin.
5- The FCPC Holiday Canned Food Drive has begun and we are collecting canned food to share with those who are in need during the Christmas Season. Our collection will be donated to the food pantry program at the Jan Hus Presbyterian Church.
6- Activity bags consisting of coloring books and doodle pads are available for the young children during our Sunday 1pm Worship Service. Feel free to borrow a “bag” located in the back by the foyer for your child to use during this time, and just return them back to the ushers at the completion of worship.
7- Would you like to share God’s word with our children? Here is your chance to share your gift and God’s message with them. Sunday School is looking for 1 teacher for the next rotation. Kindly see Vicki and/or Doreen in volunteering your time in helping out.

Prayers of Concern & Comfort and Prayers of Blessings:
Prayer for those who serve our church, including newly elected Session, Deacon, Trustee, CEM and CA members. We pray that they are supported by FCPC and that they are guided by the Lord in all their decisions.
Prayer for those who are assisting in planning many of FCPC’s upcoming events and gatherings during the Christmas Season. May they do everything in the Spirit and may FCPC bear much fruit.
Prayer for families who recently have lost a loved one, such as the Family of Mrs. Chui May Chiu, Mr. Jun Tan and Mrs. Tooey Wan Young.
Prayer for peace amidst conflict in countries all around the world such as the Ukraine, Thailand and Syria.
Prayer for the continued health and strength of our FCPC members and our tireless volunteers. May they continue good works in the Spirit. May they be blessed with wisdom and with the support of their brothers and sisters.
Prayer for our students. May they continue to fellowship with FCPC while in school and also as they return to us during the Winter break.
Prayer for those who are in ill health or recovering, such as Ms. Lan Jin Mock, Dr. Wayne Ho, Mr. Will Ho and Ms. Mulun Liang.
Prayer for all those struggling during the Winter season, especially the Elderly and Homeless.
Prayer for the Fellowships and community activities of FCPC.
Prayer for the men and women serving in the Armed Services.
