HI all
If you review the wiki at
http://conference2011.flatclassroomproject.org/Web%202%20Bootcamp please note the structure of the bootcamp sessions.
Madeleine I added some information for you to get started but please tweak this as you need.
ADEs - we need you to present on Ning and wiki work, as well as essential multimedia tools (eg images, movies, audio etc). Apple specific programs are also appropriate.
Suggested topics:
- Developing your PLN - (Ning and another tool eg Linkedin.com, or delicious.com
- Using online tools for research and sharing - (delicious.com, flickr.com)
- Web 2.0 tools for creating multimedia - (lots of options here....but tools must be China-friendly)
- Digital imaging
- Making movies with iMovie
- Podcasting (audacity, Garage Band etc)
- Presentation Zen - creating stunning presentations
So, I have Madeleine, Ann and Tom down to run sessions so far. I am thinking Simon and Billy may be needed with Kim and me with the '90' students. BUT, you can swap places if you prefer for these sessions.....talk amongst yourselves on this. Vicki may even like to swap with you so she can come and interact with the Student Summit for some time. I also have a couple of teachers at BISS who can run sessions as well as offers from others coming in, but want you to have first option at doing what you are most interested in of course.
Other presenters - let me know....and add your details to the wiki as soon as you can.
