to FCNB Fall Creek Noise Bunch

I'm on the Moncada side of Cerritos. Is anyone else annoyed by those little dogs that seem to be barking all day and night? The dogs on the other side of the easement from me finally died (I guess), but now we have new dogs in the neighborhood! Are their owners deaf?
