And while KKFI has been on the airwaves for 38 years, it took ten years of weekly bingo, lots of meetings, finding a place for the tower and building it, and a Communiversity class based on a little book called "Sex and Broadcasting", which is still in use today, This was achieved through the power of the community and its desire for fair, unbiased media that represented it.
