FRIENDS!  My good friend, Ali and I are commissioning a World Cup Pool this year.  Please read below and give me the filled-out bracket along with $40 when I see you.  If I don’t see you, you can also email me the bracket and send $40 by check or paypal by June 1, 2014. We are going to email you a copy of everyone’s  bracket via email and give you a daily update as to standing.

Ok boys I can't believe it has been 4 years since our last world cup....but it's back!!!!!!!! Of course what would the world cup be without a world cup pool? Hopefully this way it will also give us more incentive to try and catch a few games together...   We did one in 2010 and it was a lot of fun....     I've attached a 2014 bracket to this email.   It starts at the round of 16 and continues to the championship....   1)Just fill in all the brackets 2)give a score to the champion game(tie breaker #1) 3)give a score for the 3rd place game(tie breaker #2)   scan it and send it back to me.... if you want, you can also just take a picture of it and text it back.   scoring is easy...   2 points for each correct round of 16 selection (match #49-#56) 4 points  for each correct quarter final selection(match #57-#60) 8 points for the semi-final selection(match #61-62) 15 points for the 3rd place match selection(match #63) 20 points for the championship match selection(match #64) 35 points for the 1st place pick 25 points for the 2nd place pick 15 points for the 3rd place winner pick   This year we're kicking it up to $40 buy in. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize payout will be determined once we have a final head count. You can buy up to two brackets.   please have your completed brackets back to me by june 1st so I can compile a master list for everyone.
