I just started reading fcla and tripped over the comment that the
number of kgs of fancy mix should be an integer so that only full bags
are made. But because f is measured in kg and the fancy product is
packaged in 1/2 kg bags, I would suggest that f should be constrained
to be a positive multiple of 1/2. This is just a nit.
