A new set of release of fcitx and releated packages

Hi all,
As you may already know, the development focus of fcitx is currently fcitx 5.
Fcitx 4 is more or less in a maintenance mode. That is why there is no new
releases for long time.

Although there is not much features stay in the repo without a release, I
decide to make this bulk update becuase many translators translates fcitx into
more languages. From the statistics on transifex, comparing to last release in
most packages, Catalan, Korean, Russian, German are almost completed. Many
packages are being translated to Danish as well.
