about update IME for reconversion on Qt and Gtk.

Qt5.15 updates IME while typing in composition.

but it does not respond when hitting japanese reconversion key.

Gtk aggressively retrieve surrounding whenever every typing non preedit string and even moving. so it answers japanese reconversion key.

but in turn, it poses heavy burden on application.

Currently I use updateMicroFocus( ) for reconversion every moving and typing.

MY suggestion is:

For Qt, update IME  when users hit reconversion key.

For Gtk, do not aggressively update IME.
