Hi all,
The release contains some fixes and new features.

A few heads up to packagers:
1. json-c dependency is replaced with nlohmann-json (relevant package
fcitx5, fcitx5-keyman)
2. skk's cmake options is updated (SKK_DEFAULT_PATH is removed, new
one is SKK_PATH, but has different meaning)

Fcitx 5.1.17
1. Fix potential crash if a dbus client ends abnormally
2. Integrate new key name added in xkbcommon, you can now bind key to
some new names in config e.g. Assistant (however configtool may not
support it yet, but at least manually set in the config file should
work).
3. SNI tray icon added tooltip
4. some small Ui improvement

fcitx5-chewing 5.1.10
Add colemak keyboard (if libchewing supports it).

libime 1.1.13
learning new words logic in pinyin is updated to create fewer words if
the model contains it.
Some new API to query ngram existence.

fcitx5-chinese-addons 5.1.11
A new default-enabled option allows use previously typed text to predict.

fcitx5-libthai 5.1.8
Add Manoonchai layout support
