libime 1.0.16 / libime-jyupting 1.0.5 for boost 1.81 compatibility

Hi,
There's a quick fix release for boost 1.81
https://github.com/fcitx/libime/issues/40

Due to upstream boost changing how its hash function works, (See also
https://www.boost.org/users/history/version_1_81_0.html ) , there's a
fix required on the libime side to make libime work with the upstream
boost change.

If you are a distro packager and want to rebuild libime against boost
1.81 (it's currently in beta so not yet an official 1.81 release), you
will need the fix, otherwise you can skip this release for now. Also
the fix does not break the backward compatibility with older boost.
