This release contains some important compatibility fixes with kwin & Qt 6.10.

fcitx5 5.1.18
1. Support for wl_seat version=10 and server side repetition.
2. Default/Default Dark Themes are not customizable anymore.
3. New themeable option for "comment" in candidate.
4. new dependency library yoga introduced for layout (contains a
bundled version too)
5. json-c is replaced by nlohmann_json

Support for new "Optional" value type.

Qt 6.10 contains support for xdg_popup_reposition, do not apply our own hack.

Hi all,

Sorry there's a bug affecting the loading themes image which is
installed to the system path.
Default theme or user level theme is currently not affected.

A re-spin with fixed uploaded as fcitx5 5.1.19.
