About the default install location of fcitx5-config-qt.

See my following installation results:

$ find . -type f -name 'install_manifest.txt' | xargs egrep '(fcitx5-configtool|fcitx5-config-qt)$'
./fcitx5-configtool.git/build/install_manifest.txt:/usr/bin/fcitx5-config-qt
./fcitx5.git/build/install_manifest.txt:/usr/local/bin/fcitx5-configtool

为什么自己编译的fcitx5-configtool默认使用/usr/bin 而不是 /usr/local/bin 作为prefix？

……这显然是你自己的参数的问题

你自己指定过不同的 -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX 吧

没有。相反，如果想得到相应的结果，则需要这样：

-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local

而fcitx5的其他程序组件则没有这个问题。

看起来是因为用了 include(KDEInstallDirs) 的作用，所以默认用了和系统 KDE 一样的 prefix

可以考虑修正一下，以免和从系统 apt repo安装的包冲突。

但是还是你可以手动指定一下 -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX 其实没什么关系
