Moving to Gitlab

Hi all,

I'm looking into moving from github to gitlab. Now seems all projects
are imported already. It looks good and all pr and issues are not
lost.

The repo on github will be set to archive mode once everything is done.

For people has local clones, update .git/config and replace github
with gitlab should work.
