This release is mainly focused on bug fixing, with some small new features.

fcitx5 5.1.1
1. Add accent color support
2.SNI tray icon fix, including:
- workaround GNOME appindicator extension:
https://github.com/ubuntu/gnome-shell-extension-appindicator/issues/468
- Fix icon change when menu pops up
3. Fix some issue caused by zwp_input_method_v1 on chrome/electron
4. Add support for changing keyboard layout under GNOME. Please note,
the input source will be overridden with this feature.

Fix more than 10 candidate per page

fcitx5-configtool & libime-jyutping
due to a fix in ECM, the SO version will change. adapt to the change
to make it consistently produce the same SO version on old and new
ECM.
