of updates for some important bug fixing.

1. Fix for composing preedit with certain dead key for combing character
2. Fix for composing that uses alt gr
3. Avoid set empty preedit with composing
4. Fix key release for zwp_input_method_v2 on sway

Avoid to display size 0 input panel window

Correctly check for gio-unix-2.0
