Sorry for packagers but there is a bug that affects the cursor position in
classic ui, please skip 4.2.8.2 and update to this version.
Changes:
fix for non-utf8 env
fix for classic ui cursor position.
One additional thing I forgot to mention in 4.2.8.2, packagers might want to
use specify
-DSYSCONFDIR=/etc
to change the desktop file directory.
This change is to let install under normal user directory more easily (install
all files under $PREFIX).
classic ui, please skip 4.2.8.2 and update to this version.
