April 10 and 24 work best for me, but I could probably make the 17th work.

Thanks Andrew and Chris for organizing this.
April 3 could be tough as that is Good Friday and Passover (double-whammy!)
April 10 and 17 would be best for us.

Hi Everyone,
I hope the Thanksgiving break treated everyone well. I am looking forward to getting together this spring. The 3rd and 10th work best for us at Tampa Prep. The 17th is the least desirable date (long weekend with no school on the 17th). Thanks for organizing this Andrew and Chris.
Best regards,

In the upper school we have a free supervised study in the library until 6:00 P.M. Students are not to wander campus unattended, so if they have nowhere to be, are waiting to be picked up, or for a practice to start, they report to the library for a quiet study environment. In middle school we offer something similar but it is on a fee basis. Upper School students tend to come irregularly, while middle school students are generally there every day, therefore the price differential.

Everyone,
We are currently discussing how to work more effectively with junior teachers who receive a lot of recommendation requests. So far, we have granted time off in the fall for teachers to work on them if they didn't complete them all in the summer. We are now thinking about financial compensation of some sort, especially for those teachers that get hit the hardest.
Our teachers love to do it and write tremendous letters, but a few of the heaviest tasked have expressed how time consuming it is.
Any suggestions or current programs in place would be greatly appreciated.
Dennis
