This is a question from Chris Ryan, who is the new High School Principal from Carrollwood Day School:

Do you pay a stipend to the director of the musical/dram production at your school, or is it considered part of the dram teacher's job?

 1. If you do how much do you pay?

2. Do you pay a stipend to the yearbook teacher sponsor? If yes, how much is that.

Good morning, 

At Admiral Farragut Academy the following applies:

A stipend is paid to the director of the productions in the amount of $2000.00

A stipend is paid to the yearbook teacher of $500.00

At Palmer Trinity

We pay no stipend on either count.

Production is seen as part of the assignment.

Yearbook is scheduled as a teaching period during the school day.

As I shared with Chris, we do not have stipends for either position. All payment is included in that person's contract.

IN the past few years, we have started providing a stipend for coaches.
