We are not heard anything from anybody about the appointment of 3 PRC till date. DPE is also silent on the subject.

It is proposed to move out with a bigger plan in Delhi during first week of June 2016. Kindly give your consent by promising good number of officers to Delhi( Minimum 5 and additional 1 per 100) from each association.

The reply shall be send in a weeks time and the Zonal Secretaries are requested to forward this mail to all unit OA (Presidents and secretaries) without fail.

Expecting better co operation this time.

      If I can read the government policy the plan is to
    Form the pay revision Committee as late as possible.
    Give them enough time to waste in completion of report.
     Further 6 months required for study and implementation.
   By year 2019 the new pay scales will be implemented.
    The government will pay arrears on account of increased basic.
     No arrears shall be admissible for allowances at it can not be implemented with back dates.
    DA has already crossed 100%. Had it been merged with basic employees would have benefitted. A big cheating for next three years.
    Half of recommendations will not be accepted as usual practice.
     We need to draw a suitable action plan towaRDS this hidden agenda.

Friends, 

      This is what I also feel.This Govt is not at all pro employee and is doing every thing it can to demotivate the employees.Public Sector is anathema to the Government. That is why all officers in PSEs have to join together and fight for their rightful and legitimate dues.

A group of people ,who can't unite to fight for their rights, will stand to lose heavily.
