To day we had a meeting with Secretary DPE and Additional Secretary DPE on matters of third PRC and other issues. Based on the assurances given by the Secretary DPE and the initiatives  DPE is taking based on our letters( we have been shown the recent  letters written by DPE to cabinet secretary mentioning the agitational notice of NCOA), the proposed agitations are postponed. The notice of NGC also stands postponed.

We shall send detailed communication in due course.
