KIND ATTENTION OF ALL ZONES & OFFICER ASSOCIATIONS:

We have decided to address the issues of CPSUs facing now, viz.,:

1. DISINVESTMENT POLICY - NITI AYOG ; Recommendations on Sick PSUs, Revival, Disinvestment
2. FDI Policy - Latest
3. 3rd PRC Formation etc., and related issues.

We are drawing action plan on the above in Mysore meeting. For further movement of each action decided needs funds to meet minimum expenditures. As all of you know, just we are managing NCOA activities day to day. Hence I SINCERELY REQUEST ALL ZONES and OFFICERS ASSOCIATIONS TO CLEAR DUES up to 2015-16 and current year 2016-17 subscription.

ALL OAs are requested to contribute towards STRUGGLE FUND to address the issues effectively. Please bring DDs/Cheques for remittance.
